Eligibility Criteria/ Subjects of Industrial Design Courses 

  • The undergraduate course requires a 10+2 pass certificate with a minimum score of 60% in main subjects such as maths, physics, and chemistry. 
  • Postgraduates: A bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture, or Engineering, with a minimum of 55%, or you will be eligible at MIT-WPU with MIT-WPU CET 2024 marks, portfolio review and personal interview. 

Subjects: 

  • Core design subjects include visualisation and design fundamentals, digital creativity, user testability and more. Specialised electives will vary according to your interests.  
  • You will have software skills through various tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SolidWorks, etc.  

You must show your creative work through your portfolio during admissions for UG and PG courses, which may differ for every candidate.

  • Visual communication: Masterful sketching, rendering, and digital software proficiency for bringing abstract concepts to life with clarity.
